Randy Bass
Randy Bass, 52, of Independence, Missouri passed away Friday, January 6, 2012.
Randy was born December 8, 1959 to Norman and Betty Bodenhofer) Bass. He will be missed more than words can describe.
Randy is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Tammy (Dorland) Bass; admired sons Travis Bass, Dustin Bass, Caleb Bass and Coltin Bass; mother Betty Bass; sister Sherrie Curts and her husband Kevin; and by his daughter-in-law Tiffany, and granddaughter Jordyn; and by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends. He was preceded in death by his father Norman in '00; and brother Terry in '93.
He was a hard worker and a good provider. He loved being outside fishing and barbecuing. He was a good friend to so many people and he had such a good heart. I know he's sad for all of us, but he's looking down from heaven, and praying for us to have strength to go on without him.
Memorial Services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Visitation will be 1-3:00 p.m. prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Tamera Bass Memorial Fund c/o Bank Midwest, 11507 E.
23rd St., Independence, MO 64052.
