Frank E. Bass
LEWISTOWN ? Frank E. Bass, 82, Montana's flying auctioneer, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at the Central Montana Skilled Nursing Center in Lewistown.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 24, 11 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Lewistown. Inurnment follows at Lewistown City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Central Montana.
Frank's family and friends may express condolences at www.creelfuneralhome.com. Service and cremation arrangements are under the care of Creel Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held Monday, July 9, at Lewistown, Mont., for Mrs. Fred (Lillian) Bass, who passed away July 7 at a nursing home there.
Lillian Louise Golden was born at Sleepy Eye, Mn., the daughter of Frank and Bertha Golden. She moved with her parents to Oregon and North Dakota as a child. She was educated in North Dakota and attended Teachers? Normal School at Minot and Valley City. She taught school at rural Kenmare and Norma, and also one summer at Loring, Mont. She married Fred LaVerne Bass at Minot, and they lived in this area until moving to Lewistown, Mont., in 1974, where Mr. Bass passed away in 1977.
Survivors include her two sons, LaVerne Fred Bass of Elizabethtown, Ky., and Frank Edward Bass of Lewistown, Mont.; seven grandsons; two granddaughters and seven great-grandchildren.
