Services for Orville Dawson, 56, Warren, who died Monday night in Deaconess hospital, Freeport, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Bartell funeral home. The Rev. Charles Peterson, pastor of Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood cemetery. Mr. Dawson was born Jan. 5, 1901, in Lafayette county, Wisconsin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dawson. He married Truda Bessett, Freeport, in December, 1924. Survivng are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Daryl Trost, Warren; a son, Donald, Waren; four grandchildren; four brothers, Lyman Horicon, Wis.; Leland, Rockford; Ralph, Baraboo, Wis.; and Gordon, Warren; and a sister, Mrs. Lyle Opie, Apple River.
