Clara died at the home of her daughter in Elgin. She lived at 2610 E. Geddis until last January when she moved to Elgin.
Her second husband, Charles E. Bass, died in Nov. 1956. She leaves a son by a previous marriage, Ray Daubs of Decatur; daughters, Mrs. Leone Gissler of Elgin and Mrs. Mary Jeffress of Chicago.
