  Notes	Springfield Union, February 19, 1974 Bessette Note 58th Year Mrs. And Mrs. Harold Bessette celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary Saturday with a family dinner at their home at 38 Ottawa St., Agawam. They were married Feb. 16, 1916. Mr. Bessette is retired from the Springfield Street Railway Co. He and Mrs. Bessette have three children, Mrs. Anita Seidzvrs of Tucson, Ariz., and Roger and Albert Bessette both of Agawam as well as 11 grandchildren. Springfield Union, Wednesday, November 22, 1976 Harold J. Bessette AGAWAM – Harold J. Bessette, 81, of 38 Ottawa St., died Tuesday in the Springfield Unit of Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Turners Falls and was a resident here more than 60 years. Mr. Bessette was a retired driver for the Springfield Street Railway Co. and was a communicant of Ste. Therese Church in Agawam. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Isabelle (LeMire) Bessette; two sons, Albert E. and Roger L. of Agawam; a daughter, Mrs. Altina Sievers of San Antonio, Tex.; a brother, Winslow of New London, Conn.; two sisters, Mrs. Virginia Deautels of Greenfield and Mrs. Mildred Gosselin of Baltimore, Md.; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Thursday at Toomey-O’Brien funeral home, West Springfield, and in Ste. Therese Church. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery, West Springfield.
