Twyla Mae Bass
Bass, Twyla Mae, of Garden Grove, California, passed away peacefully on her birthday, January 5, 2012. She was 81 years old, born in 1931 in Americus, Kansas to Glen and Eva Spellman. As A farmer's daughter she grew up with 1 brother, Cleo and 1 sister, Marion. She was married to Irvin Bass on January 16, 1949. They moved from Kansas to Garden Grove, California in 1955. Twyla especially enjoyed camping with the "Elk Enders" camping group. Twyla will be sadly missed by her husband, Irvin; children, Darrell of Garden Grove, Sherrill of Santa Ana, Marie of Westminster, and Brian of Anaheim; her eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
