LATTA ? Jessie Thomas Bass, 58, of Latta, husband of Evie A. Lambert Bass, died May 22, 1992 at St. Eugene Community Hospital.
Born at Laurel Hill, N.C., he was a son of Roosevelt Bass and the late Annie Mae Kelley Bss. He was a retired textile worker and a Baptist.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of the home, are three sons, Wayne Lambert of Piedmont, Charles T. Bass of Sanford, N.C., and Jessie C. Bass of Greenville; four daughters, Ann Martin, Joyce Page, Sarah Norris and Sandra Bass, all of Sanford, N.C.; two brothers, Rochester Bass of Rockingham, N.C. and C.W. Bass of Laurinburg, N.C.; four sisters, Lula Mae Locklear of Dillon, Pearline Dawkins and Jeanette Locklear, both of Laurinburg, N.C. and Everline Long of Springfield, Tenn.; and 16 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Greenlawn Cemetery, Dillon.
Kannaday?s Funeral Home of Latta was in charge.
