Donna Kaye Lewis and Denny Ray Bass of The Woodlands, Texas, will marry in a 6 p.m. ceremony June 13 at Florida Blvd. Baptist Church.
The bride elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. Lewis Jr.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Broadmore High School and LSU. She is a member of the Baton Rouge Junior Chamber of Commerce, LSU Alumni Association, Social Work Student Association and the National Association of Social Workers.
Her fiancé is the son of Jimmy R. Bass and Shirley Fry, both of Coushatta.
He is a graduate of Riverdale Academy in East Point and Northwestern State University in Natchitoches. He is employed with Golden Rule Insurance Company as a brokerage manager.
Through this medium friends and relatives are invited to attend.

Bass-Lewis (Wedding photo included)
Donna Kaye Lewis and Denny Ray Bass of The Woodlands, Texas, were married in a 6 p.m. ceremony Saturday at the Florida Boulevard Baptist Church. The Rev. Dennis Johnsey officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph B. Lewis Jr.
The bridegroom is the son of Shirley P. Fry and Jimmy R. Bass.
The bride wore a straight, white satin gown featuring a sweetheart neckline, dropped waistline and chapel-length train. She wore a fingertip veil secured by a beaded satin headband and carried a bouquet of roses with stephanotis, pearls and pysophila.
The bride was attended by her maid of honor, Regan Miller. Bridesmaids werer Vickie Mire, Debbie Cherry, Conchetta Dunham and Glinda Lee. Junior bride was Breanne Shirley. Flower girl was Whitney Mire.
The bridegroom was attended by his best man, Daryl Bass. Groomsmen were Chris Sampite, Glen Lewis, Cecil Shirley and Mark Gladson. Ushers were Grover Bass and Glen Lewis.
A reception was held at the church. Following a wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the couple will reside in Natchitoches.
