Barbara Richards Lorah
Barbara Richards Lorah, age 81, of Mt. Carmel, went to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at home surrounded by her family.
She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Church Hill and proudly sang in the choir. She enjoyed listening to southern gospel music. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Grace Bass; 1st husband and father of her children, Harold L. ?Buck? Richards, Sr.; daughter, Diane Amy; and brother, Tommy Bass.

The family would like to especially thank Dr. David Franzus and staff; and Amedysis Hospice for their loving care and support for Mrs. Lorah.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am ? 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Derek Bell and Pastor Jim Manis officiating. Committal services will follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park and Mausoleum.
