Mr. Bass was born in Ohio on June 29, 1962 to the late Dale and Donna (Phelps) Bass. Mr. Bass graduated from Southern High School in Racine, Ohio and later enlisted in the United States Army. He married Stacy A. Wallace on October 2, 1995. She survives in their Marion home. Mr. Bass was a self employed construction worker. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Survivors include his three children, Sabrina A. Bass, Kokomo, Gavin T. Bass and Jillayne C. Bass, at home; one grandchild, Landon Bass, Kokomo; two sisters, Gale (Paul) Imboden, Arizona; Ramona (Mark) Price, Antwerp, Ohio Graveside services with military honors will be held in Marion National Cemetery at a later date.
