  Notes	Find-a-Grave Obituary Sam Bass Jr. Dies of Injuries After Accident Sam bass Jr., 20-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Bass of near Bassfield, died in Daly?s Hospital Thursday night from injuries received when he was hit by a car several days ago. Funeral services were held from the Bethel Church Saturday morning with the Rev. Joe Hudson, pastor of the Bassfield Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was in the Bethel Cemetery. Walden?s Funeral Home had charge of the final rites. Young Bass was riding a bicycle and rounding a curve in the road when he collided with a car. He was rushed to Daly?s Hospital here where he was confined for treatment. He was a graduate of the Bassfield high school and had many young adult friends in Marion and Jeff Davis Counties.
