Nona Ellen Padgett Bass, 95, of St. Cloud, Florida, passed away on February 12, 2015 in Lake City, Florida. She was born on October 3, 1919 to Robert and Rhodie (Barber) Padgett in Kenansville, Florida. She was a member of a Pioneer Osceola County family. Nona is survived by two Daughters, Georgia Pauline (Poochie) Forehand and Barbara Annette (Peggy) Buck both of Saint Cloud, Florida; two sons, Paul Glenn (Bud) Bass of Kissimmee, Florida, and Harold Lloyd (Dick) Bass of White Springs, Florida. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband of 52 years, Paul Bass; father, Robert Padgett; mother, Dustie Barber and two grandsons, Gregory Bass and Marty Mann. A visitation will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. with a funeral service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015 with burial to follow in Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery.
