Post Office, a graduate of Woodlawn High School, attended Howard College and Auburn University. Funeral service at Kilgroe Chapel will be held Saturday, April 12, 1997 at 11:00 A.M. Burial in Elmwood Cemetery with graveside at 12:30. He was preceded in death by daughter, Marthanne B. Jones. Survivors: his wife of 60 years, Anne S. Bass; three daughters and sons-in-law, Janice B. Marks & Dick Marks of Davis, Calif., Ellen B. Runyan & Ray Runyan of Lincoln, Ala., Fran Baker & Terry Baker of Panama City, Fla.; son, Truman A. Bass III of Lincoln, Ala.; 16 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Kilgroe Funeral Home-Leeds directing.
