Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Camak Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Rick Quarrels officiating. Mr. Bass was a native of Branford, Fla., and lived in Camak for the past 14 years. A retired construction worker, he was a veteran of World War II and a member of Camak Methodist Church and Blanchard-Echols Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, Washington. Survivors include his wife, Imogene Bass, a stepson, Walter Hoyt Durham, Jacksonville, Fla, a Step-daughter, Allene Callaway, Union Point, his stepmother, Margie Bass, Branford; two sisters, Clara Carter, Zebulon, and Maude Ruth Butler, High Springs, Fla., and four brothers Joseph M. Bass and James Bass, both of High Springs, and Billy Bass and Lamar Bass, both of Branford. Friends may call at the residence in Camak or at M.W. Callaway and Sons Funeral Home, Warrenton.
