  Notes	The Caldwell County News, Monday, January 21, 2013 Lillian “Winnie” Pringle Bassett Lillian “Winnie” Pringle Bassett, age 87, and longtime resident of De Soto, KS, passed away Jan. 18, 2013, at Overland Park Regional Hospital. Lillian grew up in Kidder, MO and married Randall Bassett in 1945. He survives of the home. Additional survivors include a daughter, Joyce Bassett of De Soto, KS; a son, Richard Bassett of Independence; two grandsons, Greg and Brandon Bassett and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Olen and Lucinda Pringle and a brother, Glen Pringle. A memorial service was held Jan. 25, 2013 at Faith Builders International at 84th and Peoria. Donations may be made to Cancer Action. Arrangements were under the direction of Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel in De Soto, KS.
