Born in Canada, she lived in West Springfield 55 years and was a communicant of St. Louis Church. She leaves a son, George A. of West Springfield; three daughters, Claire Wellspeak of West Springfield, Simone Boyle of Wethersfield, Conn., and Lucille Caputo of Springfield; two brothers of Canada; three sisters, Lucy Bessette of Manchester, Conn., Maria Jarry of East Longmeadow and Lauria LaPlante of Canada; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Saturday at Toomey-O’Brien Funeral Home and in the church with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery. Donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
