Surviving are his wife, Edna; three sons Steven Bass of Pana, Gregory and William Bass, both of Nokomis; one daughter, Karen Robbins of Nokomis; one brother, Joe Bass of Homestead, Fla, two sisters, Mrs. Carl (Kathryn) Kates of Mount Zion and Mrs. M.C. (Blanche) Taylor of Nokomis; three grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Bass of Witt.
