Surviving are three sons, Marcus L. Bass of Brittanht; Edward Bass of Milam, Ill., and Elliot Bass of Florence; six daughters, Mrs. W.T. Coffield of Ajo, Ariz.; Mrs. L.B. Ingram of Sheffield; Mrs. L. B. Richard, San Antonio, Texas; Mrs. C.E. Wilson, Ajo, Ariz.; Mrs. J.C. Sesier, Florence, and Mrs. W.S. Miller, Little Rock, Ark.; three brothers, Marvin Bass of Missouri, Mack Bass of Haleyville and Arthur Bass of Haleyville; five sisters, Mrs. Frank Carvin of California, Mrs. Joe Garrard, Haleyville; Mrs. M.D. Wheeler, Nashville, Mrs. Davis Ingle of Missouri and Mrs. Nole Tailor of Haleyville; and 15 grandchildren.
