William B. Bassett
Madison - William B. Bassett, 82, died at the home of a son, Lynn Bassett, near Dolgeville, yesterday after a short illness.
He was born at Waterville and was a farmer at Morrisville before retiring and removing to Madison 17 years ago. He married Ada Wilbur who died 23 years ago.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. J.H. Grant, Chicago; a brother Dr. Charles Bassett, St. Louis, and three grandsons.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the son's home and burial will be in Morrisville.
