Rexford Livingston Bass, 76, of 2990 Old Elizabethtown Road died Monday in Southeastern Regional Medical Center. The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday in Hyde Park Baptist Church by the Rev. Dennis Harrell. Burial will be in Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Mr. Bass is survived by a son, James E. Bass of Lumberton; a daughter, Linda B. Davis of Raleigh; and two grandchildren. The family will receive friends tonight from 7 to 9 at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory.
