Survivors include his wife, Ernie Bass of Olla, three daughters, Janet Haley of Covington, Donna Hall of Jena, and Sharon Oalmann of Olla; three brothers, Bill Bass of Transylvania, and Archie Bass and Henry Bass, both of Oak Grove; three sisters, Fannie Tyson of Oak Grove, Arline Barnhill of Georgetown, and Viola King of Spokane, Washington, and six grandchildren.
