Patricia A. Bessette
Patricia A. Bessette, 44, of 1632 Chalkstone Ave., wife of Raymond E. Bessette, died Tuesday at Roger Williams General Hospital.
Mrs. Bessette was a nurses' aide at the Cherry Hill Manor, Johnston, for two years before illness in November, 1983.
A lifelong resident here, she was a daughter of Beatrice (Connors) Howe of Providence and the late Christopher Howe.
Besides her husband and mother, she leaves a daughter, Patricia A. Bessette, and six sons, Raymond D. Jr, George, Christopher, Charles, Joseph and John Bessette, all of Providence; a sister, Beatrice Quinn, and a brother, Christopher Howe, both of Barrington, and six grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held tomorrow at 10 a.m. from Mariani Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:15 in St. Thomas Church, Fruit Hill Avenue. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
