  Notes	The Bradenton Herald, Florida, Tuesday, July 1, 2014 Clyde S. Bass Clyde Settles Bass passed in the evening of Monday, June 23, 2014. He was the loving husband of Merabah Bass (who preceded him in death), and the loving Father of Elizabeth Bass of KY, Merabah Niederman of KY, and Julia Adair Bass of Ohio, who also preceded him in death. Clyde and Merabah were blessed with four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Clyde was born in Franklin, TN on Feb. 22, 1924. After graduating from high school in Cincinnati, OH, Clyde served in the Army Engineering Corp- Pacific Theater, WWII. Clyde bought his water pump business in Fairfield, OH, from which he retired after many successful years. Clyde was a member of the Oneco United Methodist Church of Bradenton, FL. Burial will be at the Jellico Creek Baptist Church in KY. Memorial donations may be sent to the Merabah Bass Scholarship Fund, Northern Kentucky University Foundation, Lucas Administration Center, Suite 22, Highland Heights, KY 41099.
