Survivors include his wife, Christine Bass, whom he wsa married to for 51 years, two sons, J. Martin Bass of Frederickburg, Virginia, and R. Andrew Bass of Conway, a daughter, Ellen Bass Turner of Williamsburg, Virginia; and five grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Grace Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Forest Hills Cemetery at Little Rock by Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home of Little Rock. Visitation is scheduled for today from 7 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial may be made to Grace Presbyterian Church.
