Fresno - Mary K. Hall, 82, of Fresno, passed away at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville on Tuesday, March 20, 2012. Mary was born to the late Arthur and Margaret (Bassett) Vansickle in Coshocton County on June 21, 1929.
Mary is survived by her children, Vicki (Charles) Dawson and Debbie (Chris) Bickle both of Coshocton, Kevin (Sandy) Hall of Warsaw, Terri Hall and Forest King of Carmi, IL; a sister, Martha Joann Lynch of Coshocton; grandchildren, Tina (Dana) Smith of New Concord, Kathryn Hendrieth of Coshocton, Chris (Ann) Bickle of Fresno and Dave (Sabrina) Bickle both of Fresno, Charles (Bobbie Jo) Dawson Jr. of Groveport, Lori Hall of Coshocton, Beth Hall of Coshocton, Michael (Liza) King of IL and Ashley (Jason) Kosikowski of IL; several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and her special companion, Sammy.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Jim H. Hall who she married on July 16, 1965; granddaughter, Tracy L. Hall; brothers, Charles E., Robert L., Joseph H. Vansickle; sisters, Barbara E. Hall, Marjorie E. Vansickle, Verna Grace Wright, Sarah Jane Sampsel, Jean A. O'Shields and Helen C. Simons.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Friday, March 23, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Funeral services for Mary will be on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Lloyd Tenney officiating. Entombment will follow in Coshocton County Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Earl Coleman
Mrs. Earl J. Coleman, 64, of 232 North Fifth st., died at 11:55 p.m. Monday at County Memorial hospital, following a long illness.
Margaret B. Bassett was born June 13, 1899, at New Moscow, a daughter of Benton and Mary Gulliams Bassett and was married to Mr. Coleman, who survives. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal church, Blue Star Mothers and American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving besides her husband are seven daughters, Mrs. Helen Simmons and Mrs. Gene O'Shields, Pontiac, Mich., Mrs. Mary Clark, Mrs. Verna Grace Wright and Mrs. Barbara Hall, all of Coshocton, Mrs. Jane Sampsell, Vestal, N.Y., and Mrs. Jo Ann Lynch, El Paso, Texas; three brothers, Robert and Charles Van Sickle, Coshocton, Joe Van Sickle, U.S. Army in Germany; two stepsons, Vaughn and Lewis Coleman of Cambridge; 18 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. One daughter is deceased.
Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Dawson funeral home in charge of Rev. Neil Roller and burial will be in Coshocton County Memory Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday until time for services.
