Christopher Bass
BUNNLEVEL -- Christopher Bass, 37, of Route 1, Box 130-B, died Saturday.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday in Anderson Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church in Linden by Elder Purdie Elliott. Burial will be in Walker family cemetery.
Mr. Bass is survived by his wife, Cynthia Bass of Lillington; a daughter, Syrelta Spears of the home; four sons, Brian Spears of Norfolk, Va., Christopher Morris and Justin Bass, both of Lillington and Joshua James of Angier; his parents, Cornell and Corina Bass of Bunnlevel; five brothers, Alvis Bass of Jersey City, N.J., Freddie Bass of Fayetteville, Irvin Bass of Lillington, Sylvester Bass of the home and the Rev. Andrew Bass of Angier; his paternal grandparents, Jerry and Ora Bass of Lillington; and his maternal grandparents, Vester and Bernice Walker of Waterbury, Conn.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. at Dafford Funeral Home in Dunn.
