  Notes	The Daily Times-News, Burlington, North Carolina, Friday, 18 October 1963 William Thomas Bass William Thomas Bass, 88, of Route 1, Fremont, died in a Goldsburg hospital last night. he was the father of Mrs. A.H Lloyd of Route 4, Mebane. Also surviving are his wife, Mrs. Florence Taylor Bass of the home; three sons, Charlie Bass of Raleigh, Joseph Bass of Baltimore, Md., and Edwin Bass of Route 1 Fremont; one other daughter, Mrs. Garland Sauls of Route 4, Fremont; four sisters, Mrs. W. H. Upchurch of Elm City, Mrs. Nancy Whitley of Wilson, Mrs. James Lovitt of Snow Hill and Mrs. Donna Horne of Wilson; three brothers, John Bass and James Bass, both of Wilson, and Albert Bass of Florida; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Final rites will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o?clock at Stantonsburg Methodist Church. Rev. E.M. Thompson Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow in Stantonsburg Cemetery.
