Mrs. C.C. Harper
Spring Hope ? Mrs. C.C. Harper of Rocky Mount, Route 1, died Friday night at Park View Hospital after a short illness. Funeral services will be held from the home of a brother, Rodger C. Bass near Nashville Sunday at 5 p.m. by the Rev. B.A. Mitchell, assisted by the Rev. Donald Lee Harris. Burial will follow in the C.W. Bass burial grounds. In addition to her brother, she is survived by her husband, C.C. Harper, a step-daughter, Mrs. Jane Dozier of Route 1, Rocky Mount; five step-sons, J.E. Harper of Castalia, C.T. Harper of New Bern, Quinton Harper of Aiken, S.C., U.J. Harper of the home and John Pitt Harper of Raleigh; seven brothers, Clifford C. Bass of Route 4, Whitaker, P. Edwin Bass of Nashville, Borddie E. Bass of Route 4, Louisburg, Howell W. Bass of Route 2, Spring Hope, Ralph T. Bass of Nashville, Route 2, Charlie W. Bass of Jackson and Russell H. Bass of Rocky Mount.
