Kevin Wade Bass
KEVIN WADE BASS, 49 of Katy passed away on June 21, 2009. He was born on October 17, 1959 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Kevin graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University. He was employed with AMOCO which is now BP for 27 years. His most recent position with BP Energy was trading manager. Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Bass. He is survived by his wife Lauren; daughters, Kristen and Kelly; mother, Shirley Bass of Jasper, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Penny and Jake Page of Rowlett, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Kim and Robert Slack of Lufkin, Texas. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM in the chapel at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at St. Peter's United Methodist Church. Memorial gifts can be made to Pine Cove Christian Camp, P.O.
