He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Smith Bass; his daughters, Mrs. Delores Britt of Charleston, S.C., Mrs. Annie C. Wilkerson of Fairmont and Mrs. Jennifers Fields of Lumberton; his sons, Lennon of the home, Von S. of Charleston and Gerald Bass of Lumberton; a brother, Woodrow Bass of Route 1 Orrum.
