Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mae Sharp Bass, Foley; two sons, Gorman B. Bass, Pearl River, La. and James C. Bass of Heflin, Ala.; one brother, Gaines M. Bass, Ft. Pierce Fla. and a sister Mrs. Elizabeth Brake of Birmingham. Bayview Funeral Home, Foley was in charge of arrangements.
