Michelle Nanette Bass
VERNAL--Michelle Nanette Bass, age 26, passed away October 12, 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born February 3, 1973 in Indio, California, a daughter of Thomas E. Bass and Charlotte Shockley Bass. She married Jamie Martenez; was later divorced.
She was a certified nursing assistant at the L.D.S. Care Center. Michelle was a member of the L.D.S. church. She enjoyed, bowling and being a mother to her son.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Bass; grandparents, Charles and Lucille Shockley and Jeremy and Dellar Bass.
Michelle is survived by her son, Christopher Martinez, West Valley City, Utah; parents, Charlotte and Thomas Bass, Vernal, Utah; brother and sisters, John Bass, Louise Bass, Christine Bass, Teresa Bass all of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 18, 1999, 11 a.m. at Thomson's Vernal Mortuary. Friends may call at the mortuary Sunday evening 6-8 p.m. and on Monday one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in the Maeser Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Thomson's Vernal Mortuary.
