Charles Eugene Patrick Bass
Bonner Ferry, Idaho
Service for Charles Eugene Patrick Bass, 27, will be today at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Bonners Ferry. Burial will follow at Paradise Valley Cemetery near Bonners Ferry. Bonners Ferry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bass, who was born in Indio, Calif., died Wednesday from injuries suffered in an automobile accident near Bonners Ferry.
He attended West Jordan High School in Utah, worked in receiving and inventory control for a traveling circus for two years.
Mr. Bass also worked at several cafes in Utah. In 1994 he married Coral Ashdown.
He moved to Bonners Ferry in 1996 and worked as a custodian for Boundary County School District. He also was a cook at the Three Mile Corner Cafe near Bonners Ferry.
Mr. Bass attended First Baptist Church and was a member of the Turkey Federation, Bass Masters and the National Rifle Association.
Survivors include his wife; three children, Sheldon, Thomas and Corbyn Bass all of Bonners Ferry; his parents, Eugene and Charlotte Bass of Utah; four sisters, Theresa, Michelle, Christine and Louise Bass, and a brother, John Helm, all of Salt Lake City.
