Funeral services for Mrs. Ann Bass Elkins will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with burial at 3:30 p.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Columbia. Mrs. Elkins, 38, wife of James V. Elkins, died Friday. Born in Wilmington, N.C., she was a daughter of Edward R. and Mrs. Mildred Haithcock Bass Sr. She was a former Southern Bell employee and a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Surviving are her husband; two sons, Keith and Gary Fowler of Aiken; her parents of Columbia; four brothers, James E. Bass Jr., Kenneth A. and Brian K. Bass of Columbia and David A. Bass of Fairfax, Calif.; three sisters, Miss Wilma Bass of Aiken, Janice Sturges of Columbia and Miss Bonnie Bass of Provo, Utah; and her paternal grandmother, Dellar E Bass of Columbia. Stephen D. Posey Funeral Home is in charge.
