Celia Brown Bass
Celia (Brown) Bass, 82, of New Britain, died Sunday, (January 25, 2004). She was the widow of Saul J. Bass. Born in Worchester, MA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Krock) Brown. She was a member of Congregation Tephereth Israel of New Britain and New Britain Jewish Seniors. She leaves two daughters, Sharon Goby and her husband, Samuel of Carmichael, CA and Carol Einczig and her husband, Norman of Middletown; and a brother, Francis Brown and his wife, Rita of New Britain. Funeral services will be held TODAY at 2 p.m. at Beth Alom Cemetery, Allen St., New Britain. Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Tephereth Israel, 76 Winter St., New Britain, CT 06052.
