He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mandie Bass; two sons, Thomas and James Bass; three daughters, Mrs. Lillian Hawley, Miss Lula Cousins and Miss Esther Parker; and 15 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday in the Mill Grove Church with Elder Arthur Cooper officiating. Burial will be in the Bass family cemetery in Rougemont.
