Bass, 57, of 705 ½ Pike St., a merchant seaman, will be at 1 o?clock tomorrow in the Buterworth mortuary. Burial will be in Washington Memorial Park. Mr. Bass died Saturday in a hospital after a brief illness. Born in Georgia, he came here from Texas in 1947. Mr. Bass, known as Sam, was a member of the Elks, Eagles and Moose. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Stewart, Federal Way, and Mrs. Donald Bailey, Spokane.
