  Notes	Obituaries Jim Hugh Bass Weatherford - Jim Hugh Bass, 81, of Weatherford, died June 26, 1997, in the local hospital. Mr. Bass was born February 20, 1916, in Whitesboro. He was the former owner of Bass Paint and Body Shop in Weatherford for 23 years. He was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife, Iva Jewell Bass, of Weatherford; two sons, Jim Hugh Bass Jr., of Weatherford, and Jerald Howard, of Fort Worth; one daughter, Fay Oliver, of Fort Worth; one brother, W.A. Bass, of Waco; one sister, Nancy Stout, of Weatherford; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 27, in Cotton-Bratton Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 28, at 2 p.m. in the Cotton-Bratton Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Clark Cemetery in Parker County. Cotton-Bratton Funeral Chapel of Weatherford is in charge of arrangements.
