Funeral services were held Thursday, Nov. 19, at Bennett May Chapel with Floyd Farris and Andy Brown officiating. Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery. A native of Giles County, Mr. Bass was the son of the late John H. and Virgie Prince Bass. He was a member of Second Street Church of Christ and was retired from Stanley, Inc. Survivors include his wife, Jasymine E. Bass of Pulaski; one brother, Herbert Bass of Pulaski; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Harwell and Mrs. Alma Williams, both of Pulaski; Mrs. Maxie Holley of Atlanta, Ga.
