Notice
Is hereby given to Francis W. Bass, Payton Bass, James M. Bass, Drury Bass, Hartwell Bass, Payton Bethell and his wife, Martha Bethell, Medicus Bass, John Bass, Elbert Bass, Mary Bass, Algenon Bass, and Frances Bass, and all other persons interested, that I shall apply to the Honorable Probate Court in and for the county of Desoto and State of Mississippi, at the June term of said court to be held at the court house of said County on the first Monday of June next (it being the 5th day of June) for an order to sell a certain tract of land known and designated in the surveys of the Chickasaw Session as Section Number 3 in Township Number 2, of Range North 7, West of the Basis meridian, and lying in said county of Desoto, of which tract of land Benjamin J. Bass deceased died siesed; at which time and place you are hereby notified to appear, to show cause, if any you can why said tract of land shall not be sold.
