Jennifer ?Jenny? Lee Bass, age 40 of Laurel Hill passed away Monday, March 2, 2020.
Jenny, loving daughter of Johnnie Mae Buchanan Bass and the late Rev. Leroy Bass was born October 6, 1979 in Scotland County. She attended Ghio Holiness Church, loved music, playing the piano and singing. She was a people person and also loved being outdoors. Jenny loved her family very much and believed that ?family comes before anything?. She will be remembered as a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
Jenny leaves behind her daughter, Abana Sykes of the home; her mother, Johnnie Mae Bass of Laurel Hill; brother, John Bass (Angela), of Laurel Hill; sisters, Carol Jordan (Rev. Terry Jordan) of Hamlet, Stephanie Marie Purdy (Matt) of Harper?s Ferry, WV; her adoring nieces, nephews, many loving friends, along with her cat and four dogs.
Memorial donations are requested to be given for the family to Richard Boles Funeral Services, P.O. Box 1913, Laurinburg, NC 28353.
