Mr. J.E. ?Jake? Bass, 52, of Rte. 1, Kissimmee, died Tuesday.
A member of a pioneer Osceola County family, he was born at Kissimmee Park, the son of Edward Bass and Mae Barber Bass. He was a ranch hand and heavy equipment operator. He was a Baptist.
