  Notes	The Franklin Evening News, Indiana, Monday, 20 January 1941 Last Rites Held For Addison Bass Final rites were held at the Vandivier parlors here Saturday afternoon for Addison R. Bass, 81-year-old retire farmer who died last Wednesday night at the state hospital in Madison. Services were in charge of the Rev. James P. Wilbourn, Baptist minister, and burial took place in Greenlawn cemetery, Casket bearers were I.C. Hougland, Robert Riser, James Stainbrook, Porter Groves, George Boles and Roscoe Canary. Mr. Bass was a native of and had spent his entire life in Johnson county. A member of the Baptist church, h is survived by his wife, a son and two daughters. Eleven grandchildren and nine-great-grandchildren also remain.
