He was born March 7, 1953 in Ashdown, AR to the late Willie and Ann Horn Bass. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tamberlyn Bass. He was the proud owner of David Bass Concrete. Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Joseph and Caitlyn Bass and Elvis "Elbow" Bass, both of Ashdown, one daughter, Miranda Haywood-Bass of Ashdown, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Andrea and Dean McDuff of Atlanta, TX and Billie and Jerry Nott of Little Rock, AR, one niece and nephew, Reed and Shane Gillin of Ashdown and numerous other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday, October 25, 2019 from 6:00 8:00 at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown. A graveside service will be Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 2:00 at Ashdown Cemetery with Bro. Butch Riddle officiating.
