Mrs. Kelly is survived by her husband: William Kelly; daughter: Charlotte Newell (William); son: James Edward Bass; sister: Peggy Mobley (Earl); brother: Lamar Smith; eight grandchildren: Jamy, Brad, Robbie, Brandy, Juliet, Laura, Katherine, Billy, and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband: Edward Bass. Services will be held at 11 am Monday, October 24th at Daniels Memorial Chapel in Branford with Rev. Bob Richardson officiating. There will be a visitation held prior to the service beginning at 10 am.
