  Notes	Texarkana Gazette, Texas, Wednesday, January 5, 2005 Ann Bass ASHDOWN, Ark.-Ann Bass, 84, of Ashdown died Monday, Jan. 3, 2005, in Atlanta, Texas. Mrs. Bass was born Nov. 22, 1920, in Ashdown. She was a volunteer with Little River Hospital, member of the American Cancer Society and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Bass. Survivors include one son, David Bass of Ashdown; three daughters, Margaret Gillin of Mount Kisco, Calif., Andrea McDuff of Atlanta and Billie Nott of Little Rock; one sister, Donna Schidet of Texarkana; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Ashdown Cemetery with the Rev. Butch Riddle officiating. Burial will be under direction of Madden Funeral Services. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
