Miles. Graduated from Medical Coillege, Bloomington, Indiana. During winter months, Uncle Doc wore a leather coat, leather leggings, carried a leather medical case with all kinds of smelly medicines in it, and rode a horse with leather saddle so he smelled of leather and medicine. That was soon forgotten when he broke into that wonderful smile and infectious laughter. He often came by our house and slept a few hours after being up all night with a patient.
