Irene B. Bass Pollard
Age 83, the daughter of the late William Bass and Maggie Hendrix Bass.
She was a retired braider operator with Wellington Mills in Whitesburg, and was a member of Cross Plains Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Vernon Bass, Arlin Bass, Ulus Bass, Wilton Bass, and Marvin Bass; sisters, Nellie Huckeba, Jewell Bass Snow, and Delpha Bohannon.
Survivors include daughter, Aubrey Nell (Steve) Brown and son, Steve (Rachel) Pollard, all of Carrollton; sisters, Helen Kilgore and Mildred Nixon, both of Carrollton; grandchildren, Tammy Brown, Kelly Brown, Courtney Pollard and Casey Pollard; and great grandchildren, Tristen Brown, Kamaron Brown, Kaelyn Spratling, and Kaden Spratling.
