In the County Court of Herefordshire, holden at Leominster
In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by James Bassett the younger, formerly of Eardisland, in the county of Hereford, Innkeeper, but now of 48, Ryelande-road, Leominster, in the county of Hereford, Architect, Builder, and Surveyor, lately in partnership with Wyvill James Christy, and wit him carrying on business as Architects, Bulders, and Surveyors, at No. 12, South-street, Leominster aforesaid, under th style or firm of Christy and Bassett.
The creditors of the above-named James Bassett the younger who have not already proved their debts, are required, on or before the 22nd day of October, 1877, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, to me, the undersigned, William Williams Phillips, No. 4, West-street, Leominster aforesaid, General Dealer, the Trustee under the liquidation, or in default thereof they wil be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend proposed to be declared. Dated this 9th day of October 1877.
