Services for Betty will be held on Wednesday May 18th at the Southminster Presbyterian Church in Wanamaker, Indiana, where she had been a member since 1940. Visitation for friends and family will be from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the church. The service will begin at 1:00 PM. The burial will be at Acton Cemetery following the service. Betty was a homemaker. She raised her family in Wanamaker and worked part-time as a substitute teacher and kindergarten assistant. She is survived by Steve Bassett, David Bassett, Anne Watkins, step-daughter Marjorie Bramer, seventeen grandchildren, and twenty-nine great-grandchildren. Arrangements entrusted to Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory-Greenwood Chapel.
